$105,000
GROUND FLOOR CORNER UNIT, just a few steps from one of the two pools.
At 825 square feet this is not shoebox living. The ROOMS ARE GENUINELY LARGE for a one bedroom, and the primary has a WALK-IN CLOSET, which you almost never see in a unit this size. A corner unit is a prime unit. But a CORNER UNIT FACING THE POOL IS PERFECTION.
THE SCREENED PORCH is another bonus not typical for a one bedroom. It looks out at the well maintained lawn instead of a parking lot, and it's quiet enough that morning coffee, or an evening cocktail, becomes the perfect start and stop to your day.
Kitchen is original and the bath has had some minor updates. Both have been VERY WELL MAINTAINED and cared for. Everything works as it should, nothing is neglected, and you can update on your own timeline instead of someone else's.
THE MONTHLY FEE COVERS EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE, EXTERIOR INSURANCE, BASIC CABLE, INTERNET, WATER, SEWER, TRASH, ANNUAL PEST CONTROL AS WELL AS THE EXTERIOR GROUNDS AND MAINTENANCE.
Patriot Square is A GATED 55+ COMMUNITY of 232 units in the Skyway Marina District, up the street from Maximo Marina, with the Pinellas Trail running right alongside. TWO POOLS WITH ONE HEATED, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball, two shuffleboard courts. For a large event you can rent out "Independence Hall" for a small deposit to entertain your friends and family.
The buildings here are two stories, so no milestone inspection is required.
Publix, Sprouts, Walmart, Starbucks, and Wawa are all approximately 3-7 minutes away. St. Pete Beach in roughly 10 minutes, and downtown St. Pete in about 12 mins and Ft De Soto can be reached in about 20 mins. All a very quick uber drive if you prefer to be a passenger.
PETS ARE WELCOME AND RENTALS ARE PERMITTED.
FEMA Flood Zone X500 for this building — outside the Special Flood Hazard Area, NO lender-required flood insurance.
